REMEMBER YOUR MICRONUTRIENTS

Article written by ISNS

Approximately 40 micronutrients are required in the human diet. Deficiency of vitamins B12, folic

acid, B6, niacin, C, E, iron, and or zinc, has been shown to mimic radiation in equivalence of

destruction done to our DNA. The US population was recorded to have a 2% to ≥20% deficiency

connected to their RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance and to add onto that contritely; half of

the population may be deficient in one or more of this daily micronutrient reloads. Research has

found that if these individuals do not start acquiring the recommended daily regimen (5 servings

of fruits/vegetables) he/she will have approximately double(2x) the chance to obtain many

different diagnoses of the malicious enemy, sadly, many have versed, cancer; for cancer is caused

by changes to the DNA’s structure. To add to that, lack of folic acid, B12, and B6 can cause

extensive compound uracil, found in living tissue as a piece involved within the base of RNA,

which leads to chromosomal instability. DNA uses thymine instead of uracil because thymine has

greater resistance to photochemical mutation, making the genetic message more stable.
